This cake is going to church with me tomorrow, because if I keep this in my house I know for a fact I will be eating the whole thing! I already had two slices and I am thinking about having a third!

ReplyDeleteHow would i adapt this to a layer cake? Or would that totally mess it up?
ReplyDeleteI am not a peanut butter fan and I rarely leave reviews but this recipe is awesome!!! I made cupcakes for a birthday party instead of a sheet cake. My husband took one look at them and said "these are the wrong color" meaning they weren't chocolate. I could tell he was a bit disappointed but after the first bite he decided they actually were really good!! Thanks for a great recipe!
ReplyDeleteI made this gluten free by changing the regular flour to Bobs Red Mill 1:1. I halved the recipe and made a 7x11 cake to see if it worked. Took it to church and even the non gf people thought it was excellent. Great cake!!

ReplyDeleteI made this for my husbands birthday. I baked it in a 9'' by 13'' pan. It was good.
