Ingredients:
  • 1 package Ramen noodles
  • 1 pack noodle flavoring
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha chili sauce
  • 1/2 scallion, thinly sliced (optional)

Instructions:

Boil noodles with flavor pack and drain off most liquid. Toss with soy sauce, peanut butter, and Sriracha. Garnish with scallion. Eat immediately.

  1. This was absolutely inedible. Maybe the recipe should have read 2 tsp of peanut butter and not 2 tablespoons. Truly disgusting.

  2. Not good, there is too much peanut butter. It turned into a soft, peanut buttery mush. On the plus side, once the water boiled, it only took 4 minutes to make.

  3. Made it with 2 packs of noodles, one tablespoon of PB, added soy sauce to taste, a touch of hot sauce. Tasted just like raman noodles with a hint of peanut butter. Not going to give this one another shot.

  4. i made with 2 packs of ramen i used nchunky pb and eriyaki and soy sauce it was ok for the first couple of bites but then i wanted to go and shoot myself it made me so sick

  5. I thought it was great I left a little of the cooking water in the noodles to make the peanut butter melt easier The flavor was great and you didnt feel like you were eating empty calories Well not as much
